Hello Fetus

Different references say different things, but all agree that at 9 week baby graduates to a fetus!

Not much new right now. Zofran is my friend. My allergies have reached a new level of irritating me.

I never knew how great car pooling to work would be. This has saved me. I struggle after forcing myself to eat in the morning. Thankfully, we car pool. Clinton drives and I close my eyes to try and zone out. If I had to drive myself to work, I am sure I would switch my schedule, so that I didn't have to be there as early.

We told again

We wanted to tell our friends Daniel and Alecia on Thursday, but they wanted to go to the fair. Booooo. This afternoon, Alecia text and said they were not going to the fair because of the rain. She suggested doing dinner. Deal.done.

We meet at 6:30, rode to the beach together. Were probably half way through our meal, when Daniel asked how long we had been married. This conversation went on comparing how many more years we have been married than them. (They are still cute newlyweds) Clinton said we have been married 3 years longer than you and have one more child. Ohhhh mmmmyyyyy both of their faces looked like huh? They both turned their heads quickly to Clinton and said say what? Clinton said it again :) I have decided he tells people better than I do.

It is not a secret anymore

We told our friends Bonnie and James tonight :) It was funny because 5 minutes prior Bonnie asked me was Clinton ready for kids and I said he is getting closer. I cried, but it was exciting.

After we left dinner with them, we headed to Clinton's parents house. We all talked for a good 20 minutes or so and Clinton asked when was his dads retirement date, he said December 1st. Clinton said well we have a conflict then. His mother, father and sister all looked at him like what.... He then said we are going to have a baby. I cried more...

We had plan on how to tell each time. Neither of our plans worked out, but its fine.

I felt HORRIBLE this morning. I wanted to vomit and get it over with.

I had my cardiologist appointment today. He thinks all will be well. I have a followup in October/November to verify everything is well before baby arrives.

Best $10 I have spent

was on Sea Bands. They do not make the nausea completely go away, but they do help to where I can still function. I feel like quite a dork wearing them, but it is better than dry heaving or vomiting.

Whoa, its to early

for all of this nausea stuff. I gagged in front of my coworkers today while discussing coffee. Coffee!!! What is that all about? I have probably consumed 10 servings of crackers today.

Dear Nausea, Thanks for reminding me that I am pregnant, but please go away for a few days. I keep reading you will show up week 6. ThxBye

Clinton and I are debating on whether or not to share the news with our parents and two very close friends this weekend :oP

Easter

Happy Easter Baby Mac! Next year, Easter will be your first in the outside world. We had a great day. Visited some family, did some yard work, and I took a nap :o)

P.S. Not telling people is still very hard. We saw a lot of family members today, but didn't say a thing.

They tell you that you will be tired...

BUT I didn't think I would be this tired. Woke up at 7:15 this morning. Ate breakfast and decided to take a nap around 9:30. I woke up from that nap at 12:00. I slept fine the night before, but this fatigue deal is no joke. I feel like I could take a nap every other hour.
